I discovered a great new web service today called A.PlaceBetween.Us. Basically you enter your zip code/location and that of the person with whom you are trying to meet. It will return to you a set of places on a Google Map that are roughly halfway between your locations which fit a certain category - the default being "coffee".
This is a really cool idea and one that would surely be useful when trying to meet up with a new client, model, etc. in your area. It certainly beats sitting on the phone saying "so... what's nearby that we could meet at?"
A great example of a simple but highly useful tool.
